Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in sales or a customer facing sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated, target driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in IT and CRM systems.
• Valid driving licence is essential.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Qualify leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and developers.
• Conduct viewings and provide clients with expert advice on market trends, pricing and investment opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry through to transaction completion.
• Negotiate offers and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings within the CRM system.
• Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market, regulations and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
