Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience with demonstrated ownership of sourcing strategy
  • Proven track record hiring for B2B SaaS companies (Engineering and/or GTM preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with AI sourcing tools and designing AI-driven recruiting experiments
  • Proficiency building automations with Zapier, Make, or n8n
  • Familiarity working with APIs to connect and extend recruiting workflows
  • Systems-oriented, data-driven mindset with a growth hacker approach to talent acquisition

Preferred

  • Experience building recruiting systems or infrastructure from scratch
  • Background in recruiting operations, talent systems, or technical sourcing
  • Experience with Airtable, Clay, or custom workflow tools
  • Early-stage or lean startup recruiting experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain AI-first sourcing systems using tools like Juicebox, PeopleGPT, and Pin
  • Design automated recruiting workflows with Zapier, Make, n8n, and API integrations
  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition for B2B SaaS roles from intake through offer
  • Continuously experiment with outreach, targeting, and sequencing to improve funnel performance
  • Translate founder needs into clear sourcing criteria and ensure only high-signal candidates reach decision-makers
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and realistic hiring timelines
