Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
1+ year of experience in customer support, communications, administrative support, or a related role
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity
Ability to multitask and manage multiple communication channels
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and computer access
Preferred
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Experience in a remote support or communications role
Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk tools, or communication platforms
Ability to handle high-volume inquiries efficiently
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and respond to incoming communications via email, chat, and messaging platforms
Draft clear, professional responses to customer and internal inquiries
Coordinate communication between support teams, customers, and departments
Maintain and update communication templates, FAQs, and knowledge base content
Ensure all responses align with company tone, policies, and service standards
Track communication trends and report recurring issues or feedback
Assist in managing announcements, updates, and service notifications
Document interactions and maintain accurate communication records
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
