Supply Chain Operations Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics operations
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment
• Strong experience with inventory management, demand planning, and 3PL operations
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and BI tools
• Proven ability to simplify complex operations and standardize workflows
• Experience with connected medical devices or regulated supply chains is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run day-to-day supply chain operations including device purchasing, vendor management, and order fulfillment
• Own inventory accuracy and device accountability across the full lifecycle, including asset tracking and recovery
• Manage demand forecasting tied to enrollment growth to balance inventory investment and service levels
• Simplify and standardize the device portfolio by reducing unnecessary SKUs and optimizing bills of materials
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment partners for kitting, shipping, and reverse logistics
• Define and own supply chain KPIs such as fill rate, inventory accuracy, and cost per unit
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to automate inventory and fulfillment workflows
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing to reduce supply chain costs
