Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven 3 experience as a Structural Draughtsman, preferably in the construction industry.
– Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
– Strong understanding of structural engineering concepts and construction processes.
– Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
– Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
– Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations in the UAE is a plus.
– Relevant diploma or certification in drafting, civil engineering, or related fields.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Prepare detailed structural drawings and plans using CAD software as per project specifications.
– Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
– Review and update drawings to incorporate design changes and modifications.
– Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and project requirements.
– Ensure all structural drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
– Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
– Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for easy accessibility.
