Strategic Finance Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance
• 5+ years of experience in technology or SaaS finance
• Expert-level financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Salesforce is required

Preferred

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification
• Experience with Tableau, NetSuite, or similar analytics and ERP platforms
• Experience in PE-backed or public company environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead development and ownership of core SaaS metrics and KPIs, including ARR, bookings, revenue, and customer lifetime value
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models using Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau to support automation and scalability
• Partner with GTM leadership to provide strategic insights for planning across bookings, revenue, pipeline, and operating expenses
• Work closely with the CRO and Sales Operations on sales capacity planning, quota setting, and compensation design
• Prepare executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and materials for Monthly Reporting Packages and Board-level presentations
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to support proactive decision-making and enterprise performance
