REQUIREMENTS

• Experience editing sports or action photography
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Proficiency in one or more of the following:
• Adobe Lightroom Classic (preferred)
• Adobe Bridge / Camera Raw
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to follow detailed written editing guidelines
• Strong communication and responsiveness

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with high-volume school or sports workflows
• Experience working with U.S. photography companies
• Ability to handle tight turnaround times
• Consistent weekly availability

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and select the best images from high-volume sports galleries
• Remove duplicates, blinks, missed focus, and unusable frames
• Follow Iron City Studios’ selection guidelines and shot priorities
• Maintain consistent storytelling coverage of each athlete/game
• Apply consistent white balance corrections
• Perform clean, consistent cropping
• Apply minor exposure adjustments when needed
• Ensure images meet company color and quality standards
• Maintain natural skin tones and uniform color across galleries
• Follow strict naming and folder structure requirements
• Meet agreed turnaround deadlines
• Communicate promptly if issues arise
• Maintain organized workflow across multiple jobs
