Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong technical and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to train and coach customers effectively
  • Leadership skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide customers through successful implementation and adoption of our client’s drilling solutions
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing support
  • Translate customer challenges and requirements into actionable solutions with Operations, Engineering, and Development teams
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and documentation for customer onboarding phases
  • Facilitate training workshops and create customer success assets including case studies, app manuals, and training materials
  • Use analytics to monitor platform usage, identify improvement opportunities, and track customer health metrics
  • Proactively communicate issues and feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
