Solutions Engineer – Drilling
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Strong technical and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to train and coach customers effectively
- Leadership skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide customers through successful implementation and adoption of our client’s drilling solutions
- Serve as the trusted point of contact across the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing support
- Translate customer challenges and requirements into actionable solutions with Operations, Engineering, and Development teams
- Develop and maintain project timelines and documentation for customer onboarding phases
- Facilitate training workshops and create customer success assets including case studies, app manuals, and training materials
- Use analytics to monitor platform usage, identify improvement opportunities, and track customer health metrics
- Proactively communicate issues and feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
