RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels
- Understand customer flooring needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
- Explain flooring options, installation processes, and available services
- Coordinate service requests with scheduling and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Collaborate with installation teams to provide accurate project information
- Assist customers throughout the service process with professionalism and empathy
- Stay informed about company services, promotions, and product offerings
- Meet customer service quality and response time standards
