Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial transformation
• Expertise in at least two of: Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, MES, digital twins, IoT, OT/IT integration, operational excellence
• Experience designing or implementing manufacturing transformation programs (Lean, Six Sigma, digital enablement)
• Strong understanding of production processes, asset management, and plant operations
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), ability to present to senior stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading or contributing to end-to-end consulting engagements – from diagnostic and strategy to implementation.
• Designing and delivering solutions in one or more of the following areas:
• Supply Chain: e.g., visibility, planning, optimization, S&OP
• Smart Plant: e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT, MES, digital twins
• Insights for Intelligent Industry: e.g., AI/ML use cases, predictive models, operational intelligence
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, architects, and domain experts
• Managing client relationships, facilitating workshops, and presenting recommendations to C-level stakeholders
• Developing business cases, roadmaps, and implementation
• Executing workstreams, conduct analyses, and support delivery
