Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating skid loaders in construction or landscaping environments.
• Certification from a recognized heavy equipment operator training program is highly advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate a skid loader to move, load, and unload materials such as soil, gravel, and construction debris with precision.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the skid loader, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Understand and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and survey marks to accurately grade and level terrain according to project specifications.
• Execute tasks such as digging trenches, backfilling areas, and clearing sites, adapting quickly to changing site conditions and project needs.
