REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of furniture and joinery installation, finishing, and site coordination.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Experience handling residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury villa projects.
Good coordination and communication skills with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).
Familiar with snagging procedures, quality control, and project handover processes.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITES

Supervise day-to-day site activities for furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out works.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and installation details.
Monitor installation quality and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site-related issues.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
Identify and resolve site challenges to avoid delays and maintain project schedules.
Carry out snagging, rectification, and ensure successful project handover.
Verify completed work for billing and progress claims where required.
