Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or commercial roles
  • Experience interacting with suppliers to high standards
  • Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building internal and external relationships
  • Confident in presenting ideas to multiple stakeholders
  • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience managing a budget
  • Proven experience in cross-functional and international stakeholder collaboration

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define how selection is curated and highlighted to customers, aligning with seasonal moments and marketing campaigns
  • Manage the in-app merchandising and promotional calendar for the Hop business
  • Work closely with vendor managers, instock, and pricing teams to ensure customer experience and profitability
  • Monitor and maintain high Item Data Quality across the catalogue to improve discoverability and conversion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute seasonal events and platform-wide campaigns
  • Curate vendor-facing content and pitch decks to maximize performance and monetize in-app assets
  • Perform analytical reviews of merchandising and promotional campaigns to optimize strategies
