Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Fit-Out, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects, with at least 3 years in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works including gypsum partitions and ceilings, joinery, flooring, wall finishes, painting, glass works, and decorative finishes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and fit-out details.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
  • Good understanding of UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and site practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in preparing daily site reports and tracking project progress.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site interior fit-out activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Manage and oversee site workers, subcontractors, carpenters, painters, MEP teams, and other trades involved in interior projects.
  • Ensure daily site operations are carried out efficiently while maintaining quality standards and productivity targets.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager/Site Engineer.
  • Interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents to guide site execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available on-site as per project requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship complies with company standards and project specifications.
  • Enforce compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations and company HSE policies.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and site records.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues to minimize delays and rework.
  • Monitor material consumption and control wastage on-site.
  • Assist in project handover activities, snagging rectification, and final completion works.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
