REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 5+ years in DTC/eCommerce site management. A background in the luxury or beauty industries is highly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of eCommerce technology stacks, digital merchandising tools, and UX best practices.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex global workflows and external vendor relationships simultaneously.
  • Creative Eye: Strong aesthetic sensibility with a deep understanding of how textures and visuals translate into a digital luxury experience.
  • Education/Skills: Exceptional communication skills and experience navigating the nuances of global vs. regional (China) content requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Asset Pipeline Leadership: Direct the creation and implementation of 3D packshots and textures for Global and EM markets, with a specialized focus on texture localized for the China market.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary point of contact between regional marketing teams and creative vendors to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery.
  • Multimedia Management: Oversee the production of all on-site product content, including product laydowns, lifestyle videos, and social-first eCommerce assets.
  • Site Excellence & QA: Utilize a “detail-first” mindset to perform rigorous QA on all digital merchandising, ensuring that UX standards are met and the premium aesthetic of the brand is maintained.
