Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales is desirable
- Familiarity with data entry tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including active listening and problem-solving techniques
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist clients with product information, service details, and troubleshooting to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new services
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Handle cash transactions securely when applicable, maintaining precise records of payments and receipts
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions or upgrades
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, transactions, and client feedback for analysis and continuous improvement
