Service Center Assistant Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduation required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience in customer assistance, service operations, administrative support, coordination or similar professions preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment
- Open to learning new software platforms and internal systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and web-based applications
- Great problem solving and time management
- Customer and professional service attention# Additional Skills Desired
- Experience of handling remote teams/distributed work;
Experience with CRM, ticketing or workflow management tools.
- Experience in technology, digital services or corporate assistance What We Offer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help the service center with administrative and operational tasks and day-to-day activities
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with communication, scheduling, coordination and follow up tasks
- Proper records, reports and documentation shall be maintained in internal systems
- Assist with workflow tracking and efficient handling of service requests
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to guarantee smooth business operations
- Assigns and escalates work and tasks when needed
- Provide onboarding, paperwork and process coordination assistance (as needed)
- Maintain information confidentiality and comply with business policies and data security requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process development Skills
