Senior Technical Writer
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in developing technical documentation.
- 3+ years of experience in developing user documentation.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Fluency with industry-standard technical summary and reporting techniques, including Agile project management methodology.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Visio.
- Ability to produce quality work independently or in a group setting.
- Willingness and ability to pass background check/security screening.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft and develop technical documentation related to various IT projects.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures.
- Document projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Provide status reports for multiple ongoing projects and related documentation efforts.
- Assist with both user and admin level documentation.
