Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of IT Project or Delivery Management experience in Fintech or regulated environments
• Mandatory Fintech background
• Professional fluency in English and Russian
• Technical understanding of APIs, Backend architecture, and CI/CD
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks
• Assertive mindset with the ability to challenge estimates and requirements

Preferred

• Background in QA, Analysis, or Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own delivery governance and forecast realism to ensure predictable deadlines
• Maintain Jira hygiene to ensure transparent progress and immediate blocker surfacing
• Translate high-level vision into detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria
• Gatekeep sprint readiness to prevent incomplete product or technical decisions
• Act as a bridge between team members to resolve friction and facilitate actionable plans
• Drive operational discipline regarding tracking and documentation standards
