REQUIREMENTS

• Senior/staff-level engineering experience.
• Strong backend, distributed-systems and system-architecture expertise.
• Experience with financial infrastructure, payments or other complex transaction systems.
• Ability to lead technical direction across large engineering initiatives.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Define the technical vision and architecture for financial infrastructure.
• Build and improve systems supporting account balances and money movement.
• Work across trading, payments, financing, staking and other financial products.
• Drive scalability, reliability and technical quality across core financial infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership on complex platform initiatives.
