Senior Software Engineer, Backend Money Team

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong backend software-engineering experience.
• Experience designing scalable services and APIs.
• Experience with payments, money movement or other financial infrastructure.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Risk and Compliance.
• Strong understanding of reliability, security and operational excellence in financial systems.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Design and scale backend services and APIs for payments and money movement.
• Build systems supporting billing, settlements, reconciliation and financial ledgers.
• Drive initiatives from requirements and technical design through implementation and rollout.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
• Ensure financial infrastructure is secure, reliable, compliant and scalable.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering initiatives.
• Maintain strong operational practices for production financial systems.
