Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep experience with C#/.NET and Angular
• Proficiency with Azure SQL Server and modern cloud environments
• Experience using AI coding assistants and agentic workflows
• Strong system thinking regarding latency, consistency, and scale
• Ability to manage operational ownership and on-call responsibilities

Preferred

• Experience leading large-scale Angular or .NET version migrations
• Proven track record in performance engineering and Core Web Vitals
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features or engineering workflows
• Background working in multi-tenant SaaS environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with PM and Designer to shape product direction and requirements
• Own critical services or domains end-to-end, including design, building, and operation
• Lead complex, multi-sprint initiatives from design documentation to rollout and monitoring
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, documentation, and technical guidance
• Anticipate failure modes and implement guardrails to ensure system reliability
