Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with full-stack development and managing complex codebases
• Proven ability to use AI-assisted coding tools as a primary part of your workflow
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on quantitative rigor and data-driven decision making
• Ability to work independently without a product manager to define tasks or provide hand-holding

Preferred

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Ability to context-switch effectively between different business models and technical domains
• Experience building internal admin tools, third-party integrations, or data pipelines

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own features end-to-end from initial stakeholder conversation through scoping, building, testing, and deployment
• Develop full-stack solutions using JavaScript, React on the frontend, and Node.js on the backend
• Work across multiple marketplace domains, including luxury fashion and heavy equipment rentals
• Utilize AI-native engineering workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development and increase rigor
• Validate feature impact by analyzing production data to ensure intended business outcomes are met
