REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud consultant with a strong track record of successful implementations in diverse environments.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Customer Experience (CX) suite, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Expertise in change management principles, strategic planning, and process improvement methodologies within a consulting context.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management—leading initiatives from inception through completion while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Business consulting experience with a focus on business analysis, research, and developing tailored recommendations for clients’ digital transformation journeys.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced customer engagement strategies.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions on schedule.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives by preparing stakeholders for new processes, providing training, and supporting adoption efforts.
  • Collaborate with management consulting teams to develop strategic roadmaps that align technology deployment with overall business goals.
  • Conduct research on emerging SAP features and industry trends to recommend innovative enhancements that add value for clients.
  • Support business development activities by creating compelling proposals, conducting demos, and nurturing client relationships for future growth opportunities.
