REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sales Manager – Corporate in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Proactive, tenacious, and self-motivated – creates opportunities.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key corporate accounts, (local, regional, global)
  • Experienced in Short and long-stay business, RFP handling, and consortia / TMCs management.
  • Skilled in identifying new business opportunities and adapting to demand shifts.
  • Excellent at building lasting partnerships with Bookers, travel managers, TMCs, and decision-makers.
  • Based in Dubai with a strong knowledge of the Business Bay market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing sales strategies for the corporate market.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities to meet organizational sales objectives.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients through consistent engagement, meetings, and effective account management.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, and market share expectations.
  • Represent the company at sales calls, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
