REQUIREMENTS

45 years and below.
At least 10 years of sales experience in FMCG or related products Coming from an MNC (Multinational Corporation) handling known brands or groups.
Owning a car is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Formulate and execute sales strategies strictly aligned with approved business plans and budgets.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across channels, with corrective action taken immediately in case of deviation.§ Gross profit achievement and Margin control
Exercise direct control and supervision over Key Account Mangers, Executives, Merchandisers, and Sales Coordinators
