Senior Restaurant Accountant

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality accounting
– Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles
– Expert Level proficiency with accounting software applications – QuickBooks Online
– Experience with restaurant specific software recommended – MarginEdge, Craftable, Toast, Square

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Manage multiple client accounts including bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll and sales tax
– Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reports
– Communicate with clients on a timely basis
