REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within GovCon or federal contracting
• Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
• Source, engage, and nurture top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative channels
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring exceptional candidate experiences
• Leverage Greenhouse ATS to manage applicant flow and track metrics
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and community relationships
• Support broader People Operations goals including onboarding and engagement initiatives
