REQUIREMENTS

  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS are highly valued, showcasing commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in tech or specialized industries is preferred, as it requires understanding of specific skill sets and market demands.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates while aligning with hiring managers’ expectations.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and Boolean search, to identify and engage top-tier talent in competitive markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews that assess not only skills but also cultural fit, ensuring that candidates align with the company’s values and mission.
  • Experience in Bulk hiring and Managing the Manpower Consultancy
