Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of residential property management experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years in managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of residential property operations and UAE property regulations.
• Good leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties.
• Manage property managers and ensure smooth operations across the portfolio.
• Maximize occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property performance.
• Build strong relationships with tenants, and stakeholders.
• Oversee leasing, lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant communications.
• Supervise facilities management, maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
• Prepare and monitor property budgets and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, Ejari, and other UAE regulations.
• Manage contractors and service providers.
• Handle tenant complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
