REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in project management within consultancy services
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and resource planning capabilities
• Experience managing KPIs and deliverables

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors during program execution
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work and secure additional work with clients
• Oversee the establishment of Project Execution, Health and Safety, and QA/QC plans
• Plan, direct, and control the execution of business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions
• Develop budgets, schedules, and plans in collaboration with discipline leads
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and conditions affecting cost or schedule
• Lead and oversee project teams to achieve milestones and objectives
• Train and provide guidance to direct reports and team members
