Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on experience in the localization or language services industry, at a language service provider or localization/translation-technology platform, preferably with direct ownership of a linguist-facing interface such as a computer-assisted translation tool, editor, or review user interface.
• At least 2 years of Product Management experience in the localization industry.
• Proven user experience skills and a commitment to continuous discovery, with the ability to empathize with user needs.
• A structured approach to solving complex challenges, balancing trade-offs, and delivering solutions that create customer and business value.
• Proficiency in interpreting data and trends to diagnose problems, quantify impacts, and support informed decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for aligning stakeholders across various levels.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work hands-on.
• Excellent organizational and dependency-management skills to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead the strategy, vision, and execution for our client’s Editing and Reviewing Experience, including translation interfaces, review and approval workflows, content management tools, and developer utilities supporting translation workflows.
• Drive a cross-functional Editing Experience team including Engineering, Design, and Data, and work with go-to-market teams to bring products from concept to launch.
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the editing experience ecosystem, aligning customer needs with company goals and other product domains.
• Develop high-impact products and features that simplify workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Conduct continuous discovery by integrating user feedback and market insights to improve product experience and business outcomes.
• Define business goals, key performance indicators, and success metrics; track performance and drive data-informed improvements.
• Mentor and support other Product Managers and contribute to the product organization.
• Operate effectively in an agile environment, manage the product life cycle, and maintain a transparent and concise product roadmap.
