Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 6–10 years of product-management experience with meaningful depth in cross-border payments infrstructure.
• Experience with payouts, collections, virtual accounts, and financial-partner or banking integrations.
• Must have shipped both outbound payouts and inbound collections.
• Hands-on experience integrating payment infrastructure providers.
• Strong understanding of flow of funds, payment-rail mechanics, corridor-specific constraints, and licensing considerations.
• Experience at a licensed cross-border payments company.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Own the 3P payout and collections product from strategy and prioritisation through specification, development, and launch.
• Define the roadmap for financial-partner and direct banking-rail integrations.
• Evaluate financial partners and banking partners based on pricing, rail coverage, onboarding complexity, licensing constraints, and operational reliability.
• Lead new financial-partner integrations from scoping and specification through coordination with Engineering and go-live.
• Work with Compliance and Legal on licensing constraints and fund-safeguarding requirements.
• Use direct client feedback on payout and collections experiences to inform the product roadmap.
