REQUIREMENTS

* 7+ years of hands on Odoo development with mandatory experience in Odoo v17 or above
* Strong Python and Odoo framework expertise across ORM, controllers, security, and optimization
* Proficient with PostgreSQL performance tuning and modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, OWL)
* Experienced in third party integrations using REST, XML?RPC, and payment gateways

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Architect scalable, secure, and high performance Odoo solutions
* Translate functional requirements into well structured technical designs
* Build and extend custom modules with a focus on quality and maintainability
* Lead integrations with external systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
* Drive upgrade, migration, and performance-tuning initiatives across the ERP
