Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in multi-channel paid acquisition, ideally on owned products (e-commerce, DTC…).
  • Expert-level command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads; comfortable with native networks (Taboola, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of European markets and their specifics.
  • Able to manage multiple sites/accounts in parallel without losing rigor or performance.
  • Solid command of GTM and server-side tracking.
  • Strong data orientation: structuring, dashboards, attribution, performance analysis.
  • AI mastery is a must applied to marketing (creative generation, analysis, automation).
  • An outstanding executor: reliable, autonomous, results-driven, at home in a fast test-and-iterate environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute and manage paid acquisition across our entire portfolio (5 to 8 sites), prioritizing your time and budgets intelligently.
  • Run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and native advertising networks such as Taboola / Outbrain.
  • Continuously optimize: testing, iteration, budget arbitrage, performance improvement.
  • Aggregate and structure data across these channels and sites to report clearly and guide trade-offs.
  • Work closely with our CTO to optimize our interfaces, tracking and reporting tools.
  • Manage GTM and server-side tracking, a critical part of the role.
  • Leverage AI daily to speed up creative production, analysis and optimization.
