REQUIREMENTS

• 11 -16 yrs + years of procurement experience in construction projects.
• Strong experience in sourcing and procurement of civil, masonry, and finishing subcontract packages.
• Experience handling high-value procurement contracts and vendor negotiations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Block Work, Plastering, Screed, Tile Fixing, Painting, false ceiling, Epoxy, Marble fixing, EIFS, RCC (Concrete / Steel Sub-Contractors), Façade installation, Subcontractor and other finishing packages
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified subcontractors and material suppliers. Conduct market intelligence studies and maintain updated vendor databases. Develop procurement plans aligned with project schedules and budgets.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
• Achieve annual procurement savings targets through strategic negotiations.
• Monitor commodity price trends and recommend procurement strategies to mitigate cost escalations.
• Coordinate with Planning, QS, Engineering, Construction, and Commercial teams for procurement requirements.
• Ensure the timely award of subcontract packages and the procurement of materials to support project milestones.
• Resolve procurement-related issues impacting project execution.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual obligations
• Assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation and records.
