REQUIREMENTS

* Technical Skills: Mastery of Autodesk Revit (BIM), SolidWorks/Inventor, and Bluebeam Revu.

* Industrial Expertise: Proven experience in modular/containerized design and industrial-scale steel structures.

* Safety Mindset: A deep understanding of structural fire protection and emergency life-safety protocols.

* Local Presence: Based in Dubai for close collaboration with our MEP and Network leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* AI Data Center Design: Engineering optimized for high-density rack loads, internal clearances, and rapid global deployment.

* PV-Integrated Greenhouse Architecture: Designing industrial greenhouse structures capable of supporting heavy-duty solar arrays without compromising structural integrity or interior space.

* Safety-First BIM Modeling: Taking full ownership of 2D/3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) to integrate fire-rated materials, emergency egress paths, and structural fire-rating strategies directly into the blueprints.

* Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all physical designs meet the International Building Code (IBC) and specific Civil Defense requirements in the GCC, EU, and South America.

* Manufacturing Documentation: Producing precise “Shop Drawings” for global fabrication partners, including integrated safety labeling and hazard zone demarcations.
