  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Typically 4–8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience handling mid to senior-level hiring
  • Prior experience in a specific industry (IT, healthcare, finance, etc.) may be required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → interviewing → hiring → onboarding)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate and lead interview processes with stakeholders
  • Negotiate salary offers and close candidates
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters
