- Typically 4–8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience handling mid to senior-level hiring
- Prior experience in a specific industry (IT, healthcare, finance, etc.) may be required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → interviewing → hiring → onboarding)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate and lead interview processes with stakeholders
- Negotiate salary offers and close candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters
