Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, population health, healthcare economics, or claims analysis
• Strong quantitative background in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Analytics
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience providing analytical support for health insurance populations
• Ability to engage directly with clients in a consultative capacity
• Proven experience building or refining pricing models and validating results

Preferred

• ASA certification
• Exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage directly with clients to provide advanced analytical support
• Lead pricing consultations for Group Health products, helping clients interpret risk scores and model outputs
• Partner with Client Services, Sales, Product, and Data Science teams
• Analyze data using internal tools to evaluate pricing risk and provide recommendations
• Explain AI-generated outputs and risk indicators in practical underwriting and pricing strategies
• Write and execute SQL and Python queries to analyze large datasets
• Build and refine advanced Excel models to stress-test pricing assumptions
• Communicate complex mathematical and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Quantify ROI and performance improvements tied to AI products
