Senior Enterprise Account Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise sales.
- 5+ years of experience specifically selling to UAE Government entities (ministries, authorities, or SOEs).
- Proven track record of closing high-value cybersecurity or enterprise technology deals within the public sector.
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity domains, including MDR, XDR, Endpoint, Cloud Security, and Zero-Trust architectures.
- Comprehensive understanding of UAE government procurement, tendering processes, and framework agreements.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for executive meetings and commercial documentation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, and Power BI.
- Ability to travel extensively across the UAE for onsite client engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic engagement and sales growth across UAE Government entities, including federal and emirate-level ministries and state-owned enterprises.
- Own executive relationships with senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, and procurement directors to position our client as a trusted partner.
- Manage the end-to-end public sector sales cycle, including qualification, scoping, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
- Drive government tender participation (RFI/RFQ/RFP/ITQ), managing requirements, compliance, and documentation in both Arabic and English.
- Execute rigorous account planning and whitespace analysis to acquire new government logos and expand existing footprints.
- Collaborate with public-sector distributors, system integrators, and resellers to drive partner-led growth and joint account plans.
- Maintain high-accuracy forecasting and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce, Clari, and Power BI.
