Senior Data Analyst

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics
• Proven experience with product experiments and A/B testing
• Proficiency in BigQuery, Python, Jupyter, and Airflow
• Experience collaborating effectively within a fully distributed team environment
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, actionable terms

Preferred

• Experience coaching and mentoring others in both technical craft and communication
• An AI-forward mindset with experience leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate workflows
• A high sense of agency and a bias for action in navigating ambiguous challenges

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uncover retention and growth drivers by leveraging exploratory analytical techniques
• Analyze player behavior across different cohorts, segments, and user lifecycle stages to provide actionable insights
• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to plan, design, ship, and evaluate large-scale A/B tests
• Extract trends and truths directly from BigQuery to guide strategic business and product decisions
• Collaborate with data scientists to build scalable, reproducible analyses
• Develop tools and best practices to ensure high data quality and prevent errors in production datasets
