REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
• 7-10 years’ experience in finance policies & procedures, internal controls, or process improvement.
• Experience in agriculture and retail/FMCG sectors preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, revise, and standardize finance policies, SOPs, and process maps.
• Perform end-to-end reviews of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, inventory, costing, capex, etc.).
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements aligned with IFRS and best practices.
• Drive process optimization initiatives across agriculture and retail/FMCG functions.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure policy adoption and compliance.
• Conduct training and workshops on new or updated policies and procedures.
• Prepare assessment reports, documentation, and management presentations.
• Support internal audits, risk assessments, and system/ERP enhancement projects.
