Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

8+ years of experience supporting enterprise application platforms, Linux infrastructure, container platforms, and cloud environments, with hands-on experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, enterprise application deployment, and production support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the integration of complex applications, ensuring seamless functionality and communication across systems to enhance business operations.
• Evaluate and implement new application features based on user feedback, driving continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and user manuals, providing clear guidance for end-users and internal teams to effectively utilize applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to define project scope and deliver timely solutions.
