Senior Account Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management with a track record of managing complex accounts
- 4+ years of experience in the tech industry (travel tech preferred)
- Proven experience working within the Middle East and/or Africa markets
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with comfort managing KPIs and performance data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across the Middle East and Africa
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
- Lead strategic account planning, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint business plans
- Identify and execute growth initiatives from ideation through to implementation and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Product to remove execution blockers
- Troubleshoot partner technical and operational issues, including connectivity and API integrations
- Negotiate commercial improvements including commission, pricing, and promotional alignment
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve account planning and the quality of insights shared with partners
