Secondary Sales Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in secondary sales, preferably within the FMCG or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective channel management.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail operations, and trade marketing principles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve secondary sales targets within assigned territories, focusing on market penetration and growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage inventory levels at distributor and retailer points of sale, ensuring product availability and minimizing stock-outs.
