REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Comfortable working in a growing and changing environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Comfortable working in-person from office setting and remotely from home
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Solution-focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls from new clients seeking to schedule an intake counseling session
  • Gather pertinent client demographic, billing, and insurance information
  • Set up new client charts in an Electronic Medical Records system
  • Schedule new clients with the right fit in counselor or therapist
  • Perform outbound calls to coordinate scheduling-related needs with new and current clients
  • Coordinate with team of therapists and support staff to problem-solve client scheduling issues
  • Shift requires availability from 10am-7pm PST
