Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
– BA degree
– Computer capable of running office software
– Knowledge of Google Workspace, scheduling appointments, etc.
– Excellent communication skills
– Detail oriented
– Punctuality (as it pertains to deadlines)
– Friendly
-Organized
RESPONSIBILITIES
– schedule appointments between several different parties, follow up and send reminders leading up to the appointments
– following up on documents via email from clients and sharing files
– gain working knowledge of company procedures, as to better assist our staff with basic clerical duties, and providing coverage in other areas as needed
