Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Architect, Functional Lead, or Senior Consultant in Salesforce or digital transformation.
• Strong client-facing experience leading workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Expertise in business process modelling (BPMN) and requirements engineering.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and design trade-offs.
• Experience across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Proven delivery of functional artifacts like process maps and solution blueprints.

Preferred

• Salesforce consultant certificates (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, or Revenue).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead structured discovery and stakeholder workshops to define business objectives and transformation opportunities.
• Translate business intent into capability models, BPMN process architectures, epics, and user stories.
• Advise on optimal use of Salesforce OOTB capabilities versus customization.
• Partner with Technical Architects to translate requirements into multi-cloud solutions.
• Develop capability roadmaps, transformation blueprints, and prioritization frameworks.
• Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and proposal development.
• Mentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants on business architecture and process modelling.
