REQUIREMENTS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Efficient keyboarding and computer competence
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete understanding of product pricing, proposals, and various contracts
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
Enter data into multiple software applications
Maintain a working knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and organizational structures
Handle orders, billing, complaints and other inquiries to assist as necessary
Answer and transfer phone calls to assist customers efficiently
Work directly with customers to meet their needs over the phone or with reports, proposals, and other written methods
