Sales Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior work experience in industrial equipment, chemical processing equipment, or special alloy materials industry (required)
- Experience in B2B channel development / distributor recruitment in the Middle East preferred
- Familiarity with UAE industrial equipment trading and agency/distribution models
- Strong communication skills in English or Mandarin; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to independently conduct business visits, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage suitable distributors/agents in the UAE and broader Middle East region (this is a channel-development role, not a direct end-customer sales role)
- Liaise with local industrial equipment suppliers and trading companies to evaluate partnership opportunities
- Support the development of distributor agreements, including territory rights, pricing structures, and partnership terms
- Attend industry trade shows and conduct supplier visits to gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Report market development progress to headquarters
